As much as I quite like the squaded system, I can see it going back to a free for all after June. The exception maybe be the midweek shoots, but weekends I reckon will be back to as you were. To much grief for the grounds to keep booking people in, then having the no shows.

The thing that would do my head in is, 90 minutes between each 25 bird parcours, as was the apparent situation this weekend. If it was 50 break 50 then maybe I might have a go at it.

Never shot FITASC, when I go shooting I want to shoot. Never really been interested in sitting about all day drinking tea.  If I wanted to do that I would go to the local cafe. 

... I never shot Westfield either. But I am shooting the next selection shoot and SW champs at Barbury at the end of the month, and will be expecting an equally tough test. Hopefully it will be an insight to the up coming English Open there.

Don't understand all this garbage on FB and here about selection shoots and majors being un-registered, or not counting to your averages. They may be, and rightly so, tougher than your average shoot, but if you shoot 10% below your raw average then it doesn't count anyway. I don't see the issue...

Its all well and good on a squaded shoot but on a normal registered shoot, which if we get back to anything normal, the shooter can just walk off. Fitasc as I understand it, has a yellow card warning then red card and then targets deducted. With no penalty how are you going to enforce anything. ...

CORRESPONDENCE. SO explained a request for a change of rules for shooters to receive a penalty if they do not place their used shells in the bin. NH said it was a potential problem for auto shooters and not good to hold up the squad moving to the next stand while waiting for shooters to pick up...
