Happens pretty often in the grand scheme... Spanish flu almost exactly a century ago, 20-50m dead, Hong Kong flu in the late 60s, 1-4m dead, probably a load more that are very similar but killed masses. Said it earlier, nature always comes up with something.

Yup, went in a local shop this afternoon who told me that yesterday they had paid half their bill off with Gamebore and said that they didn't mention a thing about future pricing/costs. Usually they would if something potential in the pipeline so they're fairly confident of no movement. 

Aw, that's a bit tragic if they are. Not sure what they achieved or thought they might, cos we all just had a lovely chat and managed to concrete the general consensus here that we're pretty sound people. 😊 Should we be thanking them? 🤭

Depends how committed one is. I love shooting, pretty much the only outdoors sports hobby I now do, but there's definitely a limit to how much I'm pushed before I stop doing it, and everyone has that, it's just where's the final straw.

Dunno about beating you, you're pretty handy, but I'm with you that the enjoyment is the main thing. When it gets too serious, that's when I need to step back and have a good look at myself! 😊

Just cartridges aren't always cheap in the first place. Always gotten mine from local independent shops for less than they charge once you've bought less than 10,000 plus shipping.

It happens. Bloke on the staff where I shoot helps set and fix the traps and ground in general, and who allegedly does coaching, 'offers' advice whether you want it or not when he's standing behind you... and it's really offputting! After a while, you'll get confident enough to realise they're...

Part of me is tempted to say name the instructor cos it will help others avoid that bad taste start to shooting, but also aware the guy has a job that he might rely on, albeit he sounds like a complete tool. Could name where you went I guess, and leave it at that possibly. 

There's a reason I didn't miss some of my inlaws when my Yorkshire wife and I divorced. :)  

Now that's an older child who's clearly just a moron! 😄

Poor little lad. 😕 Yes, he shouldn't have done it, but when you see the original footage, he's obviously in a lot of pain.
