Semi auto, love em / hate em.

The variety that I have seen only catch the first round, I don't what happens if there is more than 1 round in the gun ?

    only shoot 1/2 & 3/4

But, not necessarily, more choke ! 😊

    only shoot 1/2 & 3/4

Leave them in and change the cartridge, it's easier !

    only shoot 1/2 & 3/4

I have been shooting for over 60 years now. I can recall lugging a pair of fixed choke Remmie 1100's, complete with a spare barrel around Sporting shoots, in the early 1970's. That gave me Full, 1/2 and Skeet choke options. Then along came Beretta with a drop in choke system........manner from...

    only shoot 1/2 & 3/4

I keep hearing this theory put forward by some of the 'top shooters'. All I would say is it counts as a kill if you take off the nose or the *** of a clay, balls of dust are very nice, but don't give you any extra points .

I tied up an exact copy of the fly, put them both in an earing presentation box, then gift wrapped them for him !

    Misfire

Years ago I had a late, very good friend. However, he was a bit of a Mr Magoo. Whilst fishing in a boat together, he managed to hook my left ear. He volunteered to remove the hook for me. My language was choice, I can assure you. I finished the day and we drove home. I went to a Doctor friends...

In that case, IF you have any more, change cartridges to a different make. Some cartridges do not suit certain guns. When you find one that works without issue, stick with it.

Try it in the other barrel first ! What make of gun is it in ?

    Northern shoots with buggies

I feel sure if you asked in advance, Catton Hall at Frodsham would allow you to take your vehicle to the top of the ground, also allow you to park by the lower level stands. Ribble Bank near Southport is a reasonably flat ground. I know one of our group is on a stick and he gets around it OK...

Gun case or gun slip for storage

AND, car engine oil......NOT the synthetic variety. The car engine oil is thick enough to put a thin film over the METAL parts of the gun, which stays there. A microfiber cloth is good, soaked in oil and left to drain off, to add a modern slant on it ! 😄

Gun case or gun slip for storage

The socks are a 2 piece affair. Stock and action, and barrels and forend . One section in each bag.

Gun case or gun slip for storage

I can't help but see it, with a leg of lamb attached to it ! 😂

Gun case or gun slip for storage

I have seen a Browning gun go rusty red, before I got it home from a local shoot !

Gun case or gun slip for storage

Most of the above really, except, if you can not get your hands on the 2 piece silicone sock set, buy a couple of full length socks off the bay. Just use the 2 socks on the 2 halves of the gun. It may give it the 'Norah Batty' look, but what the heck. Finally, I am sure the fleece lined type of...

Has Anyone Ever Seen a RFD/Dealer Using SnapCaps?

NO, I don't think they could afford the large amounts of toilet tissue that would be required when someone opened a gun to find something in the chambers. 😄 When you have witnessed as many incidents as I have with the misuse of snap caps, it makes you very wary of the things !

Has Anyone Ever Seen a RFD/Dealer Using SnapCaps?

The gun shops that I use have snap caps, if I ask for them, I get them. I use them to check both the triggers and the ejectors.

    Guntrader

Although I have not bought or sold off Guntrader for some time, I have used it daily to watch a gun that I am thinking of buying. I do not find it difficult to use, but I am just searching one make and model of gun. I am however somewhat computer ILLiterate.
