Practice day today, spent at Dartford on the Compak and Sporting. Putting a lot of the things covered with Mark Winser into practice - repetition, repetition, repetition.. it’s all starting to slowly click so fingers crossed for some decent form late 2019 into 2020.

Had a great coaching session earlier, but made the mistake of putting 25 through the K80 Parcours at the end as a play on a range of targets.  I absolutely loved the stupid thing.  Loan?
