Didnt want to hijack the other post so started a new one 😁 lets hear from folk who use a "proper" gun. Here is mine being modelled by Mrs ips 😁
Pic wont upload for some reason will try again later
No, my post should have included women and now it does. 👍
Not heard of the make, if your on FB there is a good group called SxS owners group (i am on it 👍) some very knowledgeable folk on there. There is something very special about shooting a SxS it's just different and traditional 👍
Good...
Sorry ma'am your absolutely correct, bad grammar on my part 👍
English single trigger SxS, um thats unusual what make is it out of curiosity ?? Anyway you should really go double trigger there is nó need to be scared you soon get used to it, in fact i can swap between single and double without...
Oh it will 🤪
Its the search for the holy grail ny friend.... problem is it doesnt exist. Find a gun that fits and suits you and stick with it forgoing all others. Beware the man or woman with only one gun goes the saying 🤔
Wide open here for being trashed but.... sometimes imo its the speed of the cartridge that suits your technique or rather timing so in your case you were possibly using a faster brand than your used to ...i will get me coat 🤣
EDIT
Based on experience of trap were targets are more repetitive...
Well double discharge is a problem so in answer to your question on the 3 or 4 occasion i have had warranty work done by GMK its been a 2 week turn around
In my OT days we occasionally chronod batches of different cartridges and what we found was the difference between cheap and not cheap was consistency of muzzle velocity or rather observed velocity
Unless you know of a problem such as ejector timing or trigger pulls...Drop the trigger clean and apply a tiny amount of oil to moving parts and surfaces. Clean the hole were the trigger group goes. Remove ejectors clean and apply tiny amount of oil....job serviced as far as i am concerned.
Someone must still have a copy of the relevent pull mag ?
I probably have in my mums loft, if nobody comes up with anything i will have a look.
Ps, cant say i recall the name
