Those cartridge prices are scary £324 for Pro 1 or Fiocchi Fblue at £225 seems Hull are determined to price themselves out the market

That's exactly what I have decided to do this year, I'm shooting four of the majors and  practice on pool shoots at my local club

Sporting Shoots 2021. Reports and discussion.

40p a clay? Wish EJC were that cheap for practice.. Really adds up on claymate. I get that the ground must recoup costs for their high overheads, so 45p for clays you shoot at isn’t mental, but somehow all the clays you use to see what’s on shouldn’t be that dear. I remember A1 shooting ground...

    RIO Star Team EVO

I used the 8s on a hundred sportrap last weekend finished on 85, all targets hit hard. They are on par with most middle of the range cartridges but I only paid £194 a 1000, will be buying plenty more at that price for the target load

    my head hurts !

Yeah it's not easy, my advice would be  get someone who is computer literate to help you, make sure you have done the photo and got it saved because it does time out if you take to long, good luck

    Should I ?

Switched to CG five years ago, wouldnt consider buying anything else now. My summit is a 2007 and has been ultimately reliable, no problems at all . Have always enjoyed shooting it even on the bad days. If if feels right go with it

    Lyalvale Express Shot Size

I would say it dosent matter at all. Been using PG 7.5 for a long time now, never bother switching to 8s, if the shots in the right place it will break   The 7.5 will break 99% of long range targets you will see  at any ground , so use them and forget about switching, one less thing to think...

So... What do we think of squadded shoots?

I enjoy the squaded system for the big shoots  but i wouldnt want it like that for every registered shoot.   If its blowing a gail and lashing it down on a Sunday morning I dont want to feel presured into going because i have booked in. However, I do appreciate that it is advantageous to the...

    EJ Churchill

Having Jamie onboard is a great catch for Churchills, he is also one of only a few affiliated FITASC course setters in the world  Another huge asset he has is being able to service and repair Promatic traps with his eyes shut Good luck to Jamie in this new role and looking forward to shooting...

Shoot of my life (A lockdown time filler)

Your very welcome Lloyd I'm glad you enjoyed the day, one thing I did overlook was to ask you whether you where left or right handed When you mounted the gun on the first stand I thought oh sh@t he's left handed and that's a right handed gun ! Ok well there is nothing we can do about it now I...
