EJC for me too. I was terrible, measuring lead and hanging on to targets left, right and centre. Don't mention Stand 11. I was hitting the teals, but didn't find the first bird until the 3rd pair. 72, not good.

The one time I shot ABT it took five hours for 100 targets. Sporting takes two hours typically. I'd rather spend that 3hrs in my car than hanging around with trappies 😉

Nope, I'm just an *****. If I want to avoid a long drive I stay relatively local and do the non-Reg comp at Willow Farm. At least a few of the targets will need a decent bit of lead.

Yup. I think I was overleading on a number of targets and just didn't change. On reflection, all of them left to rights (stands 4, 6, 7 and 9). The big right to left battue on stand 10 I only missed one of.

Got mine made in the UK. Better for the planet (no plane travel required) and helps keep a British gun smith employed. No plans to sell it and probably never will unless I give up shooting all together.

This.  I shoot a sporter, but the way my stock is set up it probably shoots 80/20.  My sight picture on crossers is that I come through underneath them, the barrel never blocks my view of them.  As long as that's how you shoot all the time it's just what you are used to seeing.
