Being a lady of a slight build I have had a few recoil issues starting out. Although my 12 bore Beretta 682L has been heavy enough to reduce some recoil and I have also used 21g Hull CompX which seem to me to be very soft cartridges. I have now gone to the added expense of a Danuser recoil...
