I treat as a fun day As well, shooting with friends. You still had variation of where they were going to be on Saturday. Some wound up traps might have helped I think. Still it didn’t rain and that these days is a massive win.

I enjoyed the day with friends. The field course even on the Saturday was wind affected. Afterwards we were on the patio and our table and umbrella took off. Literally off the ground. We had to hold it down and they aren’t flimsy.

Went to College Farm on Saturday and enjoyed the super sporting. Good squad including the high gun Ricky Draper who shot a 99. I shot an 82 which made me happy on my birthday.

Sunday for us

I find teal difficult especially if they are a bit further out. My perception is off. I hit more than I used to but they still get me. Same with the going away thing it was with. So annoying.

We shot it too. Very tedious with the amount of no birds we had. We may have had one or two stands with a few, the rest were a lot. One 4 pair stand I had to shoot 8 pairs. Spoils it a bit and I lose interest. Good company though going round otherwise I’d have been off back to my warm car.

I love Fitasc but don’t shoot a lot of it. Have to admit I prefer shoot 50, 30 min break then shoot 50. I really struggle with loads of breaks as I cannot switch off. Weather plays a big factor as well.
