Shot the BO ESP and STP today.  Both very good courses.   Early start and no time when we got there as we ran late so straight onto STP which just mad e me jittery and I started badly and didn’t get much better so let myself down on that. Nearly 3 hrs driving and then straight on does not work...

Disappointing day for me.  Shot Kegworth 200 bird comp. lost the plot by the time I got to the second 100, felt like he was trying to beat you up on some stands.  each ref had to take care of two stands and you shot one bird from the first stand on the second stand.  Not really my cup of tea...

Started this morning with AGL started badly on stand one. I think I would have rather done that stand after doing a few to limber up a bit.  I also found stand 11 hard.  I think I did  okay but don’t know my score.  Then on to EJC which we shot through because if we’d taken a break the light...

I like to shoot  gun down and quite often on targets that most would like to shoot gun up.  I certainly do better on lots of presentations that way.  It helps me see the target before I shoot it.   I do like to pick it up with 2 eyes and then close my eye to shoot so if I have my face on the...

Lovely to shoot with you Dan.  I second everything Dan has said sadly as it is a lovely setting and lovely people.  It was a struggle for me in some of the stands,  the bar being way too high.  Six on a squad and every one of us had no birds on all but one stand.  Weather didn’t help, it rained...

 Could  have been worse 4/7.  I liked the kids one.

Westfield for us today, agree with Jasper both courses were very good.  The first one I made silly errors and by the time I shot the second one I was so hot and tired and you needed to be on the ball.   Had a lovely squad we were all wilting half way through the second course.   Disappointed...

Shot College Farm today. Went in shorts and by the time I got there I had to put trousers on and my wellies and a jumper!  I felt cold.  I enjoyed the course although I felt sloppy in parts and it rained throughout.  Came away with a 77.
