I always judge a shoot by how many AA, A & B shooters finish above/below their classification. If more finish above that below = too soft, more finish below than above = too stiff. Can't look at C class, because there's no bottom limit, there's too few AAAs for a decent sample size.

AGL for me yesterday. Felt like a fairly softish shoot, although some of the top scores were lower than I was expecting. HG was 96, but only 5 in the 90's, as opposed to 20 last month.  Looking at the scores, it was definitely a good day for those of us in B. Came out of the gate fairly well...

Personally I would not buy lenses on recommendation alone. Everyones eyes are different, so what suits me may be no good to you. Definitely a case of try before you buy

That's really cheap. Sporting Targets do a discount on the pre purchase of 1000, but its recently gone up to £300 members / £380 non members. If I factor in mileage costs, its now cheaper for me to shoot at AGL, which is more expensive per clay, but 20 miles closer.

Shooting targets only at a registered is actually cheaper than some grounds non member practice price!

Did some some lads last year turn up at a ground with a Huglu XR7. (AR15 style 10 shot box mag). Ground staff heard the 10 shots and they were asked to leave.

I find sit ups are quite beneficial to my shooting. I do 1/2  a sit up just after i wake up, and the other half when I go to bed
