Bore lazer on shotgun = total waste of time

    Browning 425 & steel shot

Standees steel you will be fine. Some of my guys have put literally 100s of thousands of Hull steel through Krieghoff parcours fixed at 3/4 and full no problem at all.  I shoot them through my fixed 3/4 barrels again no worries.

    grouse

Did have one drive Up in Scotland where they put the guns out in a valley between two dirty great hills and drove them from one to another which was very good to be fair. Interestingly all the other guys who do a lot of it weren't keen at all which just shows how personal a thing it is.

    HULL INTER COMP

Bag them up and send to David at Hull and he will deal with it I have no doubt

    grouse

All a bit close for me. Lovely day out as in company and scenery, hospitality etc but nothing to compare (in my eyes) to a good high bird shoot if you go purely on the shooting. 2k can get you a pretty good day on the grouse or a great day under pheasant/partridge

    grouse

Worth doing, it's an acquired taste I think, doesn't do much for me but got a few customers who go mad for it.

    Reading breaks

I see about 5000 a week and I can pretty well read most breaks accurately despite what others think is possible or otherwise. There are some peculiarities but for the number of times hey happen (and you really have to be behind the gun to get a full understanding in these cases) I would t worry...

I know a lot of earlier DT11 had issues but not heard many recently

    Need help making a decision.

The ten year warranty is on all guns I think however it hasn't made it any easier for the owners guns who have broken! A lot of the time GMK aren't the fastest at sorting things either. Of course plenty people will have them with no issues but watching people shoot 7 days a week with all types...

    Need help making a decision.

Miroku simple far too many 690 specs going back with serious issues I wouldn't have one if they were giving them away with a free house.

Cpsa class after 19 years off?

Yes but about 75% is B class average territory no? Which is I think what he was driving at.

Need input, what should I be looking for

No problem with steel in parcours as long as you don't put it through too much choke

Bird flu detected in 10,000 pheasants

I was there yesterday and I would say that if a drive like that doesn't do it for you, then I think game shooting in general might not be your bag...

    Gun Mount

Salopian is spot on id say.  Sounds like you were being told to fit the gun rather than getting the gun to fit you.
