Yep . I went. It was won off 95 I think. By a very good shot . He re shot the course with his usual cartridge(28grm) and shot 97. With the advantage of having shot the targets already. The targets were not toned down in any way for this shoot. Very very good reg targets. Some at good range...

So just cartridges (clue in name) are supplying us out of the goodness of their heart. I doubt it. Everyone in the industry trots out this line regarding cartridges . But they continue to sell them. (Another clue). Jasper.

You could always get them re proofed. If you think they won't blow up. Obviously there is some risk with this. But on the double proofed stuff it should be OK. And it's not that expensive to get done. Depends on how bad you want the fleur de lys stamp.

The rabbit/battue was stand 10 Rich. Jim's stand was 9. The rabbits/ battue would have been vastly improved/fairer by simply moving the shooting position to the right. Simples. Unsure as to whether it was set like that on purpose or just a mistake by the setter. Same with stand 11 the sim pair...

It just the mind set you need. It nothing to do with what class you are in. Just prepare for every target the same. They all score the same .

They are just targets . They are not hard , easy , steady or anything else. This is the way forward.
