    prosport

I had an early version, it was ok but the grip was not right for me so I took a file to it. I actually bought a new version last month with an adjustable comb but the stock had not been stained where the comb had been cut, it was still white 😱 It looked as is whatever they had used to applied...

    Falling numbers of shooters.

I heard from a good friend that Thimbleby are now charging for no birds 😲

Many years ago we did not have a shotgun certificate at all.😉

I used to live at Kendal in the 80's, I now live in Windermere. Thanks though.

    24gram shells

I did not know that S&B were still sold here. In the 80's they were sold in a wooden box holding 1000  cartridges. I used to buy mine at Skipton Gun Room, then leave the car there and go to the market on a Saturday.

    24gram shells

I've shot 24g Eley select in plaswad and fibre for about eight years now, excellent patterns thrown too.

Best semi auto for sporting clays

I would say that an A400 Excel should be reliable, I had no problems with mine at all, I just did not like the dynamics of it at all. If you buy a light Benelli it will just batter you to death 😄

Best semi auto for sporting clays

Clays are all I shoot, I have not shot a registered shoot for years.

Best semi auto for sporting clays

I like the 391 Urika the best. I have two, one's 21 years old and the other is 19 years old. Very little trouble to be honest one of them has a "bent" carrier which gives more reliable feeding. I had an A400 but it felt a bit numb and the grip was oversized compared to a 391.

FOR SALE: 2021 B725 Pro Sport bought in Nov (shot 300 in total)

I do believe that Blaser will give a second owner a two year warranty but it needs some service history. Kreighoff's ten year warranty is valid to a different owner for the remaining years.

    Clay shooting magazines

I used to subscribe to ClayShooting USA, excellent content even though it was about sporting clays only in the States. Still online today, but the magazine was very good.

FOR SALE: 2021 B725 Pro Sport bought in Nov (shot 300 in total)

Are you going to use it instead of the Blaser? They tend to fall to pieces, ribs falling off etc; 🙄

FOR SALE: 2021 B725 Pro Sport bought in Nov (shot 300 in total)

Mine actually had two hairline cracks which Malmo guns paid for, the third time it cracked I took it to a furniture maker in a village near me they charged me £10 in the Mountain rescue box. It never cracked again but it was a very highly figured lump of wood. 😁
