I've just tried out the cheddite universal trap and sporting drago's on ABT and UT, I actually preferred the cheaper drago's, the kills were certainly better with them, I don't think you can go wrong with a price tag of £150-£160!

Hopefully the compac goes the same way tomorrow then :wink:

Wont be long Phil, shot an Abt down fareham a couple of wks ago to get back into the swing of things, finished on a 95 and got high gun, don't know how I managed that! .! Gonna do a few selection shoots nxt year, be good to catch up with the old trap crowd, sure it hasn't changed that much??

Took a trip to Southdown today to shoot the Sussex All Round, I've never shot it before so thought it would be a bit of fun to mix different disciplines together, started with a 24 on the skeet followed by 24 on the dtl, Abt was nxt which is my discipline of choice and came off with a 25/25...

When i was a junior all them many yrs ago i lost out on 1st place at the beretta world sporting, i was gutted!I would rather of had a shoot off, i do think it is very unfair!

Nice cartridge but far to over priced, I've tried all the rc's, the 3's I think we're better than the 4's but like the 4's have shot up in price, I would use the rc2's personally, not to expensive and will hit anything put on out there!

It was a real privilege to be able to shoot Johns new HPX 'ELITE' as you can see by Simbos pics it's a beautiful piece of kit,hats off to John for another amazing design in shotgun innovation, :hi: check it out and all John other designs at the Game Fair this weekend!

Your more than welcome to have a go with my HPX DSR Hamster but i think the 17" stock may be a bit long for you! ..Simbo's is alot more manageable size for you to try,we're always out around the south shooting so your be more than welcome to have a go and shoot a few rounds with it!

I shot in the ABT home international there a few years ago, lovely ground and scenery,very good targets on the trap layouts, only problem was having to stop the rounds to move the sheep away from trap houses ?

Never shot it at all Will, shot sporting and trap disciplines over the years, Yes I have been in AA in sporting but Why should that make a difference, it's a different discipline! Its like saying if your in A class in one trap discipline then you should be A in all! Anyway, I shot a crappy 78 so...

Shooting Wednesday 11:30 then shooting the sportrap at 6pm! Long day but can't wait!
