I've got one of those in 30" havn't had any problems with cycling, maybe try some heavy cartridges to run it in and oil the action, only problem with mine is the barrel is tight in the action

Know what you mean I had to get rid of my dt10, I was expecting a double discharge or misfire at every stand and my scores fell off a cliff, took me a couple of months to get back to normal with another gun 

My understanding of the mk60 is that it is nominally bored to throw a 1/4 3/4 pattern as in so many pellets in a 30" circle not bored to a specific size ie 10 30 thou unlike teague do with their chokes

My dt10 had this problem way out of warranty, it should have been recalled for some modified parts but was missed, had it sent to gmk and all good even had a bag of bits to boot, woud have thought it would have been fixed with the dt11 though

As you weighed them in grains the difference is around 2 grams not enough to worry about in fact pretty good across the box

Personally I'm not bothered about shooting steel it's the wad that bothers me, I don't like the idea of scattering plastic all over the countryside, so made the decision to go fibre 30 years ago if the manufacturers can make the wad degrade quickly then I'm fine with steel 

Can you not make up a wooden spacer to fill the gap? much cheaper and easy to remove when you sell the gun next month 😁
