he should have checked the bloody thing on arrival from his suppliers/before the sale to you for any problems.
when the fault , problem was found by you an immediate refund should have happened.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is key in any business.
As a new shooter I looked at joining the CPSA for the insurance, however having looked into shooting as a sport online i found that they didn't IMO do much to promote/protect the sport but the BASC did so they got my money instead.
