And one ground has announced an increase in entry fees, as from today. This is due a rise in clay prices.

I did indeed have the Invictus Ascent. It was ok if you required a gun to shoot with, with a head up position. Would I buy another high rib gun, probably not. If I were to buy another CG then it would be the Invictus Allsport, flat rib with the adjustable monte carlo stock. Happy at the moment...

I bought a 694 back in March 2021. Straight out the box to shoot a registered shoot, and within the first 7 stands the top lever would not stay across when the gun was open. This was due to the pin that sticks out of the action, getting stuck in. Luckily it was purchased at a Shooting ground, so...

Such is the demand for shooting majors, they are opening up more spaces for the British ESP, and Sportrap. Obviously the removal of birds only has had no detrimental effect for people wanting to shoot big comps.
