Long way to go for me, having just started in April but looking forwards to the challenge of 2014 already.
Clay Objectives 2014.
B class average by end of next period.
How?.........
By end December
-Shoot 1 or possibly more registered shoots with Zoli Kronos (Barrow Heath, Owls Lodge), chill and enjoy, establish benchmark for progress through next year.
-Book sessions with cracky bone man (recoil neck issues)
-get Zoli Z extra back (xpad and adj comb being fitted) and set up with same sight picture as Kronos.
-Start mental training (Coley DVD)
-eyesight check
By end Jan
-Start practising with Z extra.
-Decision on keeping with Zoli, or investing in Krieghoff or Perazzi + correct fitting and suitable recoil reduction blah blah on the lucky gun.
-more cracky bone man sessions.
-Ongoing Mental training.
By end of Feb
- Practice every Sat and Sun. Squeeze in mid week if work and time allow. Target 200 to 300 targets a week.
- Lesson with Ed on the 14th to address winter bogeys.
- Mental training ongoing.
- More cracky bone man sessions
March onwards
- min 3 Registered shoots per month, mix it up, get around to new grounds.
- only shoot local club comp when no other shoots available, and treat purely as training.
- mental training ongoing.
-Cracky bone man ongoing.
- Lessons with Ed as and when available/ needed (target 1 every other month).
