8th & 9th August FITASC West Midlands at Longridge

Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th August at Longridge is the West Midlands Inter Counties FITASC, start times are 10.00 and 2.00 usual format is shoot two layouts, short break then shoot two layouts. Although WM event it is open to all, entries to ground, there is already a fair number of entries / counties booked in for the Sunday so spaces then are limited, the Glos boys are shooting Sunday good luck all

Shot this sat. A pleasure to watch Phill Smith shoot an awesome 93. Didn't think anyone could beat that but a few got close Sunday.

Sorry all, busy weekend and early am departure up to Runcorn and that's another world to this country boy

West Midlands IC results

Gold Phil Smith 93, Silver Steve Clarke 92 ( very well done bud) Bronze P Batchelor and R Palmer 90

Veteran Gold R Palmer 90, Silver Ade Johnson and K Roe 86

Lady Gold L Partridge 74, Silver Karen Mason 70 Bronze Joanna Herbert 69

Junior Gold W Boughn 81, Silver S Ward 79 Bronze Harry Lovatt 77

Teams 1st Warwickshire 351, 2nd Gloucestershire 342, joint 3rd Derbyshire and Hereford & Worcestershire 338

Course was well received by those that shot, only two 25 straights over the two days, Mark Thomas and M Ivy both managing the feat on layout 1, 

The shoot had "sold out" well over a week in advance sorry to those 30 plus that tried to book and were unlucky, regretfully two entrants pulled out on the Saturday but no ones expected to be able to at such a loose end and enter on the day
