I don't think she faded, it's the limelight that's faded. Any form of shooting doesn't seem to get much coverage now.

Sad that when you are world #1 you lose the chance to compete for Olympic gold through being pinged - as I understand it she’s now out of Tokyo - have not followed the lead up closely - does GB have any other medal contenders

I don't think it was because she was pinged, she tested positive for Covid I believe.
