Brought a tube of VP90 grease and some other bits from Nick@Avalon Guns recently, unfortunately the VP90 split open at the back and the grease leaked out.
I mailed them a picture and received a replacement tube the next day!

Albeit it's not the most expensive item to replace, but still v.happy with the service from them.

I have used them a number of times, the last time I placed an order for a 3/8 choke, within the hour I got an apologetic email stating GMK did not have them in stock so they couldn't give me a delivery date.

They then  offered me three choices  1) full refund 2) wait for GMK which could be weeks,months, years 3) they would send me a hardly used 2nd hand one for a discounted price and refund the difference.

I thought that was excellent service as well.

Purchased a Bettinsoli from them, which they exported for me to Calgary. Really good service!!
