Looking to pick the collective, well travelled brains of shootclay.

Me and Mrs Fuz are looking at going to Barcelona for a city break in November and wondered where the best areas in the city to stay are? Really dont want to end up in the spanish equivalent of Southall :lol: :.:

Have been there twice but both times in August, which is good when walking down to the beach at 10:30 in the morning and the street signs by the harbour indicate it is 29.6'C

Can't remember where we stayed but the but the second time it was about a 30 minute walk to the beach. Some of the areas just off las Rambas (not sure if I spelt that right,) the main drag down to the harbour, arn't the best though.

Stunning city though well worth a trip though.
