Next year take it to Beretta World and let them have a look for free with expert eyes.
Unfortunately i don't think they have the gunsmith there anymore and you will get nothing constructive fromthe rest of them,disappointing as he use to be there with his own little stall.

 
Yes malcolm I think ?  took my dt10 apart in seconds and replaced the safety spring also timed the ejectors with a swift stroke of the file while I was stood there 

 
Poorly machined part of the gun... but I don't think it is likely to cause any problems for you.
This above  , and Friday afternoon in the QA department .  Although you have to wonder how many times  the mono block is handled from the point it is first machined  to the point the ejectors are finally  fitted into the blacked barrels  . So perhaps the whole shop goes for Vino and pasta on a Friday ....
