I am in trying to decide between a Beretta AL391 Urika 2 Sporting with 28 inch barrel and a Beretta AL391 Teknys Gold Sporting with a 28 inch barrel. I would be using the shotgun for Skeet, Sporting Clays, and maybe once a year for pigeon hunting. Is the extra £s for the Beretta AL391 Teknys Gold Sporting worth it? I will like your opinions. Thank you for taking the time to answer

My brother has a AL391 sporter, he swears by 30" barrel on them rather than a 28".  I don't know the difference between the specs really to comment on the grades.

I think you will find that the only difference is cosmetic, underneath the bling they are the same gun so unless you are into fashion over form it's not worth paying out the extra cash.

Vic.

+1

I think the Teknys has a removable built in recoil reducer which makes it heavier and if it's the gold version it should have decent wood.
Otherwise as Vic said they are essentially the same gun.
I opted for a version of the Urika 2 and am very pleased with it.
