Bertetta e store returns

Just wondering has anyone ever returned anything to Beretta's  e store.

I bought an items from Beretta's e store Italy. They state they have a no quibble as long as you don't use ,45 day return. But when i tried to return the item using the pre paid DHL label supplied by Beretta,DHL would not process without an account number also. I've emailed Beretta but had no reply.

Not quite shore what to do now as I'm now stuck with £400 plus shotgun stock that's not suitable.

Never had  problem returning things always bang on with refunds etc.
