Just a note to thank the guys at Brattonsound for their help earlier this week.
I bought my cabinet new from Premier Guns about 3 years ago, but last Sunday afternoon when I came to put my gun away the lock broke.
When I finally dug out my original receipt and saw it was 2 months past the 3 year warranty expiry date I thought 'typical' but I phoned Brattonsound on Monday nonetheless and on Tuesday a brand new lock with 4 keys and fitting instructions arrived free of charge. It took about 20 minutes to replace the lock, but it was a bit of a fiddle.
Although I don't personally think it should have broken after just 3 years of very light and careful use, I can't fault Brattonsound for their service.
