Brownings & Mirokus with Invector +

Is there a web site that shows which Brownings & Mirokus use Invector Plus chokes ?

The reason I'm asking - I'm going to change my Browning 325 Grade 2 for either a Sporter or a Trap gun & I have 4 x Teague chokes that I would like to continue to use if possible.

The answer to the question is usually definitively written on the barrel lumps. In general I don't think Invector plus were used by Browning until later series 525's. Some earlier 525's were still Invectors. As for Mirokus the 70's are Invectors the 38's are Invector plus.

2010 was roughly when the Browning 525's went from invector to plus chokes, they also lightened the barrels at the same time, as above check the barrel lumps to be sure. If you get beat your Teague chokes will sell on and get a fresh set.

My father had a 325 with invector plus chokes.I've never seen another like it.

I've just bought a Browning GP Trap that has Invector Plus Midas chokes - I've tried my Teague Invector Plus extended & they "seem" to fit fine - I'm sure there's someone on here who'll know if they fit properly & are safe to use ??

Check with Mr Teague before you use them

I think midas is Browning's version of an extended invector plus choke, only difference is the protrusion out of the barrel I believe.

Thanks for the info - I'll ring Mr Teague on Monday. Via bingle I've found that Brilley make the Midas chokes for this model & as Mr English says, it appears they're Brownings version of the Teague extended chokes.
