I have an old Miroku that has a bit of pitting in the chambers, i believe this can be re-lined with chrome linings has anybody had this done and the cost involved and possibly recommend someone.

Thanks in advance

Teague do it.

Just checked the price list.. £450.

I don't think your gun is bad enough to warrent that sort of expense.

I'd wonder about the necessity if there were no problems with extraction, which would require some REALLY deep pits.  I've seen some pretty nasty pits in rifles as well as shotguns and clean seemed way more important than the pits.  I mean, wire brush it clean oil it up and move on.

JMO of course  YMMV

Balltrap , would it not be more economic to sell pitted gun and buy another to replace it ?
