Sadly our lovely Greyhound (Poppy) had to be put to sleep last Friday. Very sad time, but she was a joy and was well loved and cared for.

This one was taken when we first had her. It was possibly the very first time she had ever run free, just for the fun of it.

Our thoughts are with you mate. The bond is a strong one, as we know (me & Mrs PhilS (or most dog owners for that matter)).

We lost our first one a couple of years ago, and had to get another as the remaining one was pining. Cut a long story short the two we have now (it turns out) were kennelled together when racing, which means they did everything together (except race).

They are thick as theives and inseparable.

P'S - forgot to say, she was gorgeous ☺
