Custom earplugs for work an shooting

Hello All,

I started shooting some months ago, and I have custom earplugs for my work and I would like to use it for shooting also but I don't know it is ok or not. These are silicone plugs with 30 dB SNR at low frequency and more than 40 above 4KHz. Thank you for your help

I have a pair of custom ultimate ears from bike riding I use for shooting now and they suppress the noise fine.
