does anyone feed surplus pheasant to dog (cocker) or is this a really bad idea. ??

If you dress it and cook it then the dog may not 'get' the connection, i wouldn't let them chew on a badly shot bird for example...

You ether have a hate of pheasant or a very overly pampered dog...

ha, yes I was meaning cooked. Cant argue with the over pampered bit ?

we do like pheasant depending on how its cooked ?

the food is to rich for a dog it will sheet everywhere

and no bones it will choke on them

Feed it how yer like Cocker !

Personally I would stick with an all in one diet, served me well enough,  in 45 years of working dogs.  (I just struggle to pass another dog without sticking my nose up it's a**e !

yep I had noticed your canine tendencies, the constant scent marking is a bit embarrassing though.
