Just doing some internet research on 2nd hand guns and wondered if anyone had any advice for good shops/websites/auction houses?

I've found guntrader.co.uk which sems quite comprehensive, coley's seems a hard shop to beat for swervice and presentation (physical and website) are there anyothers that you would recommend?

thank is advance and sorry for more dumb questions.

Hi newbie, depends where in the country you are but if your midlands based then I can't recommend Brett from Brierley Guns enough, had 2 guns from him now for both my wife and myself and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Derek Lee Gunsmiths have a good website. York Guns are good but very expensive.

I went up to Ian Coley's recently and the staff in the shop seemed very helpful and knowledgeable, as you would expect I guess. But that was important for me, being a new starter and still waiting for my licence, to be made welcome and not feel patronised. Their service has snared me into sticking with them to source my first gun.
