Had my first ever go at DTL today at Orston, did the 100 sporting and my mate wanted to have a go a 25 and said I'd tag along. Shot sporting for almost 20 years on and off and never done any trap at all.

Well I have to say it was quite good fun when I got rolling. Missed 3 clean on the first peg then I realised my gun shot dead flat so needed to be a tad above. Shot the last 20 with 2 second barrels to finish on 64 ex 75.

Think I shall be given ng it another go when I visit Orston again next. I have pulled out an old comb riser to make it a little easier hopefully next time though, it's a classy installation!

Oh yes another convert.

Well done you

The hedgies won't like this, that's two converts in a week. Perhaps they've realised what we've known for years!

What; that's it's much easier to hit a few clays at DTL than sporting so is a nice hiding place? :)

I won't be shooting it to win anything, I'm not cpsa registered or anything or that good! Will just try to shoot a bit of DTL, UT and double rise for a bit of fun and the challenge every now and then. Only shoot once a fortnight anyway.

I've got a deluxe comb raiser now as well, bought some brown insulation tape to match the stock!
