GMK INCOMPETENCE

Enquiry:  i have anA400 parallel target which i cannot get enough drop on the stock is there any additional spacers/shims available to help me do this? rgds Mark

so i contact Greenfeilds and explain the situation and they contact GMK to be told that 55/60 shims are available and come back to me.

i then explain to Greenfeilds that the these are standard shims for a standard A400 excel and that the Parrallel Target standard shims are 40/45 and 42.5 Greenfeilds go back to GMK.

couple of days later i get a call back from Greenfeilds they have got through to the workshop at GMK who tell them that there are only 55/60 standard shims available for the specified Parrallel Target i thank Matt for the effort he has put in.

so GMK have wasted my time and Matt at Greenfeilds with there incompetence and lack of product knowledge.

i find it totally unbelievable that after being given the information and having explained to them that they still come back with information that basically states they do not know what they are selling/do not have the correct product information/informed me that something was available when it is not.

complete shower of sh*te that have no clue...

i have a spare one that goes in the stock i will have a go at modding myself...drilled a hole for my standard Excel made from hardened steel fo some unknown reason so bloody hard to get through?

the front shim will get the belt sander treatment same as my winchester..

they could have simply said no and saved us all time and not shown themselves up...just a bunch of know nothing numpties!

every experience i have had with them has been poor!

can't shoot the Beretta world or the Benelli auto with a Fabarm which is actually what i was originally going to buy as an auto

Just visited Fabarms web site and like the look of them also the price fits my budget how do they  compare with say the Beretta 400 or Benelli for sporting?

Anybody know who imports them into the  UK so I can find out where to look and feel
