Had one of the mounting pins fall out on my Pilla X6 lens a while ago and due to not shooting much didn't do anything about it,so now getting back bbc into clays I thought I would see what could be done.
On Tuesday I called Starkey Outdoors and had to leave a voicemail and due to it being 16:25 when I called and them shutting at 16:30 didn't expect to hear from them until Wed. However Tom Starkey called me Back at around 16:40. So had a chat about what was require and he said yes you can get these but as they had been at the Worlds etc they had used up their spares. But he said give us your details and once we have some I will send 2 out so you have one spare.
So Today there was a knock at the door and A dpd delivery from Starkey with 2 pins, so 1 lens repaired now I will have no excuse on bright days.
Great service from them.
