Not been to Grange Farm before, but up in that neck of the woods next weekend. Is it pre-booked squads or just turn up?

Turn up. My advice is shoot stand one.( usually a straightforward stand) . Then go anticlockwise. Otherwise you'll just follow the masses round who shoot the stands in order. 1 -12.
