Can you store section 1 and section 2 guns in the same safe as long as it meets BS7558?

Yes . Although your safe must have a locking ammunition compartment as a minimum for your section 1 ammunition . It’s preferable to actually have a different ammunition safe for the Section 1 ammunition. , and also use it to store the rifle bolts off the weapon, more secure and makes the rifle narrower . When considering your safe note that scoped rifles can also be much deeper than shotguns .
