can anyone recommend a gunsmith or stockist in gloucestershire that can help me fix my new stock? essentially the top lever isn't catching or staying open with the new stock on the gun. probably a v easy fix but nor sure what i'm doing and don't want to get it wrong.

advice appreciated.

thanks Bryan. I called him earlier so seeing what he can do tomorrow.

Nigel's a precision engineer by trade so he can do just about anything. All the same stocks aren't really his speciality so if it doesn't work out let me know and I'll PM you with contact info for an experienced stock man familiar with Perazzis.

if your getting beaten up by recoil, consider an ISIS reducer. Best money I ever spent on the gun, I was getting gbh off my MK38, nothing now after fitting an ISIS, 150 target's and still fresh and ready to shoot more

heard a few rave about the ISIS + the facesaver … thinking of these myself on the next trap gun

Nigel Teague offered to look at the gun today, i pick it up tomorrow (inc some choke work completed) so hopefully sorted then. I must say Nigel is a true gentleman and a diamond chap. Very open and honest. I'm very grateful in advance!

re ISIS: i have one on my miroku. its great and just unsure whether there are better out there or not before cutting the perazzi up.

I've started a separate thread.
