Recently joined and have been trawling through all the posts, learning lots. Very early days for me, having only been shooting a couple of times with a friend/neighbour. Had a few hours 'introduction to clays' course at a nearby ground, and got sufficiently interested to apply for SGC, but still waiting on that. (I hear it can take a long while).
In the meantime, reading all I can, & planning to go to the Scottish Game Fair on Friday to at least look at / get to handle a few guns, and see what I might aspire to.
