That's a fantastic achievement, I've seen Amber shoot on a number of occasions over the last few years, I'm sure she has a great future ahead of her.

Excellent news, and a thoroughly nice young lady as well :)

What a fantastic result. She didn't beat the opposition, she annihilated them. I had the privilege of meeting Amber and her Grandparents at the Beretta World about 4 years ago and all that I can say is that it couldn't have happened to a nicer young lady.

Rio next stop!!

Brilliant.

Always been heading for great things in ISSF . She is a true international now with a big win. She has set out her stall and the others (adults) will now be scared if her. Just like many are with our Nathan.

Cracking news......and she is Berkshire........!!

Well done to Sue and Brian Claridge of Four Counties who set her off and gave her first gun...!

I'm so pleased to see Amber doing so well. I remember standing behind her at Highclere Game Fair 4-5 years ago and been very impressed at how well a little girl with a 4/10 was hitting the targets.

I saw her in a shoot off at West London (Pet easton's Charity ladies day) and her gun malfunctioned. So she just borrowed one at random from the people watching and won it with that. Cool as a cucumber.
Can't wait to see her shoot in Rio

Good luck to Michael Gilligan GBR who looks like he has made the final in the men's skeet.

I don't think people realise the enormity of this, Richard Faulds has only ever won 4 of these, Peter Wilson 2.

It's unprecedented and may never have happened before!
Yes well said 40. Never had a GBR junior (so young) who has won an adult WC competition.

Well done to Mike Gilligan who has just won the Silver in OSK.

Full results of Acapulco.....
