Hello team!Toby here from West Berks - I shoot sporting and trap, averagely! Anyone else finding the site slow to load? It hangs on trying to download a certain jpeg I think. After the hang it's ok, but then you have to wait when loading new pages.

Thanks Toby - I think i have fixed now - I incorrectly set the default gravatar to be a large picture - please let me know if anyone has any more issues.Oh - and welcome aboard - good to have you here!

Still very slow Matt. Takes 10 seconds for a page to take any input - not just the forum but all over.

Toby - I'm trying to repro the issue by using a number of browsers, what are you using? Can you tell me what the 'page loaded' time is below (mine says 0.024 seconds - which is pretty quick) - I wonder if it the forum, or the site under load.

Hey Toby, I have a huge selection of shooting vests if you fancy a look at them, not sure on your size but if you need one quick you can borrow one until you get sorted or even buy one for a charitable donation to CLIC or the RNLI

Morning Matt, I use IE8 (I would try 9 but I use XP). Page loaded time says 0.059 secs which may be right BUT the page still "stalls" for 7-10seconds before I can scroll, type, etc.

Hmm... OK, I'll try and test - I have an XP laptop somewhere... I need to get you up to Windows 7 and IE9 at some point!

In the bottom left of the window where it says "Downloading...." it seems ot be stuck on an avatar but I'm not 100% sure if that's the issue.It's a work PC Matt, but no doubt they will move over to 7 at some point. I haven't tried my iPhone yet (no coverage here in the sticks!)
