Lee Load All 12 guage

seems like someone was looking for one of these a few mo ago.  Anyway, here's one.  Not mine and I know nothing about it.

I was and am in the market for a way to get into reloading shells, but have never liked the look and feel of the Load-all. I'd like one of those 'all by hand' sets like the Lee Loader Kit to scratch my very occasional itch, but haven't yet been able to source one locally. Shipping it in from the US just doesn't make sense. If I go the machine route, it would probably be a MEC or similar, but so far I've been pretty happy banging out factory carts.
