I'm a dinosaur , not very bright , and certainly  not computer literate ,  but has anyone else struggled with the on line shotgun renewal  ?   i cant even create a account  ?   seems over complex to a simpleton like me !!

Yeah it's not easy, my advice would be  get someone who is computer literate to help you, make sure you have done the photo and got it saved because it does time out if you take to long, good luck
