Rocked up at 1pm to see ground had suffered yet another break-in which must be awful for all concerned. That said RF and crew looked in very good heart, with all the admin and catering being on the decking a the ground basked in glorious weather.
In a merry gang of Glos shooters with Nick "chipper" Portlock, Kev captian Childs, Shaun Porter of Coleys fame and Joe Hale of this parish, I usually have a meltdown here and once again I was far too timid on too many stands, that said had a very good afternoon with some very very good shots, me apart chipper 90+, Kev, Shaun and Joe all into the 80's. Target wise I was clueless on a what I thought was a rising l-r crosser only to be told I'd shot straight over all 4 of them, I'll learn one day, I think.
Steve Nutbeam 95 was leading when we left, think it stood.
