Today I got a PB at Horne Court Farm 90/100 and Hammie assures me that was a good score.  Everything was right timing and feeling calm.  Then on to Southdown for sporting  where I shot 73/100 on a very good course I thought and ending on the sportrap with an 80/100.  A good day.

George missed 2 for HG and second was 3 behind that so no piece of cake, nicely done Sian.  :)

Well done!??, love those days when everything just feels right, seems like no effort at all.

very well done. How much do you charge for coaching, I am rubbish. :)

Hah, seriously my consistency is still lacking and for me it really is about my mood, how I feel, whether I can be bothered, tired, hungry.....for you it would be free.  One day we shall shoot together.

Nice one. Hoskins lock out I see :)

I assume Horne payout the same for Ladys HG as they do for winning C class?
No they don't £40 for ladies and I think £100 for class.  I know I was 8 targets clear of the winning C score but Michelle always puts me in Ladies and I nearly always forget to look before shooting.  I don't really care about the money I just like it when my score is way out there ?

very good shooting , consistency that's the hard part !   but proves you can do the business ,  owt moving can easily be missed  that's for sure .!

Fair enough. It probably evens out when getting money in Ladies when you wouldnt have in C.

More chance in C than in ladies sometimes when you consider Cheryl, Amy, Alexandra, Gnasher and a few others.  My C class positioning is getting better and better.  I was extremely happy to see where I stood in the Southdown scores for ESP and sportrap this weekend when I actually felt there were a few more in me on both courses.

I meant specifically at Horne. I never bothered paying for full comp entries when in B class but now I slid back to C (missed B  by 0.3%) I do as at least have a chance of placing now. I just need to shoot more comps so any bad days dont impact my average so much. Gonna focus on shooting comps more on sundays rather than social / practice shooting on saturdays as rarely get enough free time to shoot both days.

Isn't the CPSA rules that if you're in it you can win it? Or does this mean that grounds don't apply that to the prize money?

Well done, Sian.

I'm sure it's my newbie lack of understanding.

So far as I am aware, under the CPSA if you are categorised by either age or gender you can also win seniors. A lady colt can win ladies, or even seniors if they are good enough. Does that not apply to letter classes? As in if you are a lady you get to shoot both C class and ladies. Or does that only apply in things like county championships and the money pot is a different thing?

I understand now.  No in registered shoots on a Sunday for example you pick whether you are in ladies or class.  Not all shoots by the way have a ladies class so therefore you go in your letter Class.  They do not ever offer me seniors so I assume that is for the men.  When I get a bit older then I will be a lady vet or a lady or AAA (hahahahahahaha).  When it comes to championships, then they do put you in your class and your category(ies).

Very well shot!

Isn't it nice when you get that feeling everything is perfect and you just can't see yourself missing!!

Unfortunately it doesn't happen to me often ?
