Piccatiny rail system or similar . That will let you add all manner of lasers , reflex sights , lamps . Just spend an afternoon on eBay , all the clever stuff the Yankees have , mostly comes from China , so buy direct . Also get a super full extended turkey hunting choke , add a TruGlow front bead .

Ooh, picantiny rail i like that idea. Actually i quite fancy a reflex sight on it.... Just for fun

On a semi auto the bolt is pulled back to open the action by the charging handle, aka - bolt handle, bolt release.  More than one name for it.

I've got some dirty great extended ported chokes for the end of the semi auto. That helps with the redneck look that you're going for

big wad stripper ported chokes, rails all over, red dot sight, clamp for torch, cartridge loops, full range of pistol grips. Also ridiculously extended tube (bonus points if its the length of the barrel)
