Removing Blueing on a Perazzi

Anybody know how to remove Blueing from a Perazzi Trigger Guard and Top Lever?  Also, will this leave the said items open to corrosion?  If so, how do you seal it to match the action?

Alternatively, can you buy the Trigger guard and Top Lever in a Nickel Finish from anywhere?

Take it to a good gunsmith and let him do it. By the time you have cocked it up you will have to let him sort it out anyway.
