I am totally and utterly devastated for a family at the school I work in.  A young mother just 40yrs had a fit out of the blue the other day and went into a coma and died this morning.  She leaves behind her husband and three gorgeous young boys, 9 yrs, 6 yrs and 3 yrs.  I am in shock and just needed to share.  No need for responses I just needed to say it.

Sian,

I think we all feel for you and the young family concerned.

I keep telling you all , "there are no pockets in Funeral shrouds , budget sensibly and enjoy life, health and freedom."

I have now reached the time of life where I only see my old friends at their Funeral !

Love life, love your friends , keep in touch and socialise .

Heartbreaking for all concerned.  In my line of work I unfortunately hear sad things like this weekly and it does make you realise that life is very precious and can be very short.  My thoughts are with you Sian, and for the family.

Sad stuff indeed.... my thoughts are with you and the family involved.

The two youngest were in today, the oldest is now at his big school.  The middle child is struggling but amazingly I realise how close a community we are and he has reached out to his teacher from last year for support and cuddles and she is giving that too him.  Heartbreaking.

Remember that the kids are a product of her and her partner, her immortality is in the children. They will get over it eventually especially when there are people around like you who care.

Reminds us to capitalise on the time you have with friends and family you just never know what's around the corner. Grab life by the scruff and shake it, make the most of it, it's all far too bloody fleeting!

Sad news for all involved, made more palatable by the love and support shown by people like you Sian. Bless your heart xx
