Hi, what do you use when on the clay ground for carrying stuff around?I've currently got a 100 cartridge bag, but nothing else fits. Having lost my glasses I don't think I would have with a bigger bag. Could also do with space for waterproof trousers, a bottle of pop, batteries for ear defenders, chokes... not huge space but a bit.I saw this http://www.uttings.co.uk/Produ.....-bag-3077/ but it doesn't mention size. Has anyone seen this in person? Looked at the Browning bag (to match the gun...) but starting to feel like a tackle tart /wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-embarassed.gif Thanks,Jon

Got one of these http://www.avalonguns.net/aval.....Bag.html  didnt buy it from avalon you might find it cheaper elsewhere. got a good pocket on the front that fits a choke case and my shotgun cert and various allen keys for adjustable comb and danuser recoil/pussie pad /wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-laugh.gif end pockets for glasses and ear plugs and the main compartment has a divider so you can carry 150 shells and waterproofs etc or about 300 if you really pack em in and have shoulders like a prop forward /wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-laugh.gif/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-laugh.gif

I use one of these : http://www.topgunclothing.com/.....oduct=Bags and Slips&prt=5-13540&xm=1&d=6&mid=SM6613&tp=2&cart_id=119095_21647Holds 200 bullets and has pockets all round for keys, phones, ear plugs etc - even an insulated drinks tube and a mesh pocket that is good for hat, gloves and small towel. When I shoot 100 reg, I usually take 125 cartridges - so there is even more room inside

Got one of these : http://www.midwayuk.com/apps/e.....mID=259680 Really pricey in the UK, but if you know someone in the US who can send one over, they really are the dog's doo dahs. Bob
Hi,I have the same bag as Bob, well we got them delivered together. ;)   You can easily get 250 shells, waterproofs eyes, ears etc in them and still have space for another 250 shells.  There is also a second internal bag that just holds shells plus internal pockets and several external pockets, one has dedicated pockets for chokes, drink etc. etc.If you can get it from the US and avoid import duty should be about 50 quid :)It's more like 3 bags in 1, the Swiss army knife of range bags :)  That said I also use a Beretta one that will hold 125 shells, drinks, chokes, gloves, medical stuff, glass cleaning kit etc. Jon.

Think berretta do 3 different sized bags,i,ve got the large one,it's got a hard plastic bottom which has a zip all the way round beneath it,keep wet weather gear in here out of the way, also has 2 large external pockets plus internal, and can carry more shells than you'll ever need

I bought a bag that holds 175 cartridges, waterproofs,a bottle of drink,my glasses case, licence copy,a bit of towelling for drying, spare ear defenders and other odds and sods.It cost £7.50 from Mr Minit and has lasted for years. Vic.

Hi Jon,I have just had a thought, I have a Browning bag that holds 250 shells in a hard bottom compartment and then a decent sized bag on top, completely forgot about it until Optima mentioned the Beretta one. It's in excellent condition and I'll put some pics up in ShootBay.Cheers,Jon.

Thanks Jon - be interested in the pics. Could be an easy solution for both of us? /wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-cool.gif

Got a Top Gun Bidwell bag, which I have used a few times now. Spot on and only £35. Holds loads, lots of compartments, rigid and waterproof (allegedly). Had loads of bags and this is the best so far. CSC3
